Orders are shipped within 5 business days from when you placed your order. We typically ship out on Wednesdays of every week. If you have not received an email please check your spam folder!

Both Lettermail and Oversized Lettermail do not offer tracking or insurance. Please choose Canada Post Expedited at checkout if you would like to make sure your order is tracked and insured. If any item goes missing in the mail through Expedited we will refund or resend your item (provided it is still in stock) for no fee.

Shipping within Canada usually takes 5-10 business days, international orders are typically delivered within 2-4 weeks. Due to Covid, these standards aren't often as standard, so please keep that in mind.
